I vaguely recall that the Tofutti web site would not guarentee that

their products where gluten free.

We had a wonderful response from Disney! We went one year ago and didn't

request gluten free food before we arrived but we were surprised at how much

they jumped through hoops to feed my son gf/cf . Chef Mickey at the

Contemporary made the best doughnuts and gave a bag to snack on during

the day. The restaurants in the park will order food such as noodles to

serve if they knew you were dining that evening. liked strawberries

and they even ordered that. They also supplied a refrigerator in our room at

no cost for his " special milk " and bread that I brought.

I don't know if it is a gfcf thing, a soy thing, or a " my but this does

taste GOOD " thing, but my kids and I all crave one or more Tofutti products.

Ice cream disappears from the freezer in the blink of an eye, I find stacks

of individual-slice-wrappers in the trash, and fingerprints in the cream

cheese. I stopped buying the chocolate-dipped tofutti ice creams; I limit

Tofutti cheese to special occasion (party facsimile) pizzas; and restrict

Tofutti cream cheese and sour cream to very occasional use. And yes,

behaviors are somewhat like a mild cross-contamination infringement.
