, this is what the Marshall Protocol is suggesting is the root cause of sarc-- and lupus and all the other auto-immune diseases. Which he claims he has the "cure" for. The treatment he proposes is HIGH doses of minocycline--and Benicar and it is flat out dangerous. As you know- we don't go into the MP stuff here-- but if you search by cell wall deficient bacteria and sarcoidosis-- you can go directly to sarcinfo.com and get all his stuff.

We do not advocate this protocol, and if you want further info on it-- please go to that site and ask questions.

Also at FSR www.stopsarcoidosis.com they have a line of posts that have been going back and forth with several docs including Marshall (PhD- electrical engineering) discussing this. Read the info from "Paradox". He's an MD with sarc-- and the discussion has been interesting.

I think that Sharma's reply is ok- as he does not advocate or support this protocol. He's not had patients cured by this regime-- and he's one of the foremost MD's treating and researching sarc. As for now, the research is really focused on how to get the systemic inflammation markers and the genetic components behind autoimmune diseases, and what both the USA research studies as well as those in Europe and India are coming up with is the immune system not clearing out the TNF-a and TNF-b white cells- instead they build upon each other and develop into granulomas.

By the way I emailed Dr, Sharma and asked about the cell wall deficient bacteria, He said that this had been investigated 50 yrs ago with nothing coming out of that research.

I'm glad you called Dr. Sharma and found this out, I think just about everyone here already knows this but for some that are new, this is good for them to see. Thank you.

I'm sorry you are not feeling well, it seems like it's just one thing after another, but hang in there, you are in my prayers.

That treadmill in the water sounds awesome, where do you go to get that?

I am going to call around, one of my doctors suggested swimming, but the pools around here are just to cold and that hurts!

Glad your computer is working too so we can here from you more.

Take care, and blessings for your week,

Marla

I recently began having chronic kidney disease. My Bun is 60, creatinine 1.4 with an estimated Glomular filtration rate of 1.4. The EGFR has remained stable since June 30th. The other values have slowly been creeping up.

My completely torn R & L rotator cuffs have been driving me crazy. To make matters worse my L wrist that I broke has been terribly painful. Saw my orthopod friday he injected it which relieved the pain somewhat.

I am having pool therapy which has a treadmill for a floor. The water is 92 or 93 which helps the tight muscles.

Anyway my computer is now working correctly so I am able to post messages again.
