Which surgery are you having. I was much bigger then you are to start, had

lap and was feeling good after a couple of days. The only really bad day

was the one when I woke up from surgery, and I would still go through it all

over again. I was out doing laundry 2 days after I came home and I was back

at work in 3 weeks and working full time. I had surgery 2-10-4 and I can

honestly say there isn't much in the way of food that I have missed. I get

head hunger every once in a while, but not often and I am usually able to

work my way through it. It has made such a change in my life, giving up the

food is a minor detail. If you want to chat more feel free to email me at

cfg1@....

I am sending you lots of good thoughts!!

it seems that every surgeon is different. it doesn't mean that if we're

eating solid foods at 10 weeks out that we're doing anything wrong. i'm told to

eat anywhere from 1/2 cup to 1 and 1/2 cups of food 3 times a day. i can never

get that amount in of course. i make sure i eat my protein first then if

there's room left something else. i stay away from red meats because my system

doesn't seem to handle them right now but other than that i suppose i could eat

most anything. i chose to not do that of course. but what is good for one

might not be for another. i'm looking at the end results and listen to what MY

doctors tell me.

I am not a bodybuilder by far, but I use free weights to tone and have had

some decent results.
