Just broil any good white fish with simple seasoning (salt, pepper, lemon juice) and layer the cabbage with the fish, mashed avocado and some yogurt (just like sour cream!). I used to eat this a lot, only I would take sliced red cabbage and marinate it overnight with sliced onions, vinegar and brown sugar (now we could use honey).
