(Ray, you are doing such a great job redirecting people, I have not

found the answer to this one!)

I am over 8 months post op and have SIGNIFICANT numbness in my left

tongue area. I have to say I am getting the feeling this may be

permanent. there has been no change to the tongue. I still have

lower lip and chin slight numbness, but i can live with that. What

exactly happens to the nerves if they are NOT cut that causes

possible permanent numbness? I have been taking B12 to try and help,

I actually got the chance to read my entire operative report today

as I am seeking second opinion on my symmetry issues. VERY

INTERESTING, what i could understand that is. SO much technical

stuff. Anyway, this numbness is a real drag. Any feedback?
