Guest guest
Hi all, A long time since I have posted. I am four years post op this past July...boy does time fly. I have had blood work done, but the surgeon I use does not do follow up work and I use my reg. dr to request blood work. Lately I have been having problems with being dizzy. I was wondering if someone could give me a list of the exact things I should have blood work for and what should be checked. I just want to make sure things are okay. Thanks for your input. I am glad you are all here...even it is a long time between my posts or even checking in with the list. Thanks Judi
Guest guest
Good luck on your B12's Judith....... I to am having some problems with my blood work. I went in to have blood work done about 3 weeks ago, just a check-up and they found my liver enzymes were REAL high. The nurse called me and told me not to worry about it and the doctor would call me the next day if need be. Well 3 weeks later the nurse calls again and said the doctor decided she wanted it drawn again. I asked what they were looking for and the nurse said they wanted to rule out Hepitis and then possibly do a liver biopsie.. Anyone out there have High Liver Enzymes? I TOTALLY FREAKED. I will be going back in on MOnday and have my blood drawn again. Any advice would be appreciated. Someone out there did say she had high Liver Enzymes to and the next time they checked it was normal. Could this still be from my surgery? I mean could things just be outta wack?
