Hi

Having come this far I don't want to jeopardise my recovery by

doing anything that will affect my new jaw position.

I'm probably sounding " precious " but I know that I couldn't run

at the moment vecause my face feels like its moving up and down but I

love doing step which isn't like running and wondered when everyone

returned to the gym. It's almost like I'm worried my jaw will fall

off.(of course I know that's hopefuly not going to happen)!!

Love to hear from you.

I still dream about doing things that cause my face to fall off. I

wake up in a panic.
