Guest guest
I think writing a letter would be a good idea. However, I would also include anything that causes you pain. For instance, if you constantly have back pains, include that, include the migraines if it is even remotely related to your breast. I realize your doctors are going to include that but it doesn't hurt for the insurance companies to read it a dozen times. I'm not real sure how to put this politely but it would also lend some credibility to your point of view. Lori Owen - Denton, Texas SRVG 7/16/01 Dr. Ritter/Dr. Bryce 479/335/??? Guest guest
Also - you must remember this is your RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGEON AND SURGERY not your cosmetic surgeon/surgery. Guest guest
You are so right about the wording to the insurance company. NEVER mention plastic surgery. Always... " reconstructive surgery " and always " skin removal " ...never any fat! Push medical reasons to the hilt!! And never give up.
