Guest guest
I am reading in some of your posts that drinking while you eat has something to do with not losing weight. (I think?) Why would it? I have been doing it and haven't lost any weight for 6 mos. I need to know the " why " of something before I am ever very successful at changing habits. My surgeon was VERY short on information so I have been shooting in the dark. Glad I found this list! Guest guest
Cindy, you sound like me. I use to drive my professors nuts because I kept asking why. What happens when you eat and drink is that the liquid helps the food slide on through. This means that it is easier to eat more which can cause a plateau or even weight gain. I have gotten in the habit of doing this occasionally and suspect that maybe part of my problem.
