Guest guest
> There is a nasal spray, having a senior moment and can't remember the name except for the fact it begins with an M, Misomethingorother. I understand that it can cause headaches in some and I'm thinking a stiff neck? Can't remember for sure. I don't take anything yet... but there are some here that have and do. **Miacalcin is the nasal spray for osteo. even the sore nose or stiff neck is considered very seldom seen side effects. it is so much safer than actonel or fasomax - never touches our pouch - my ortho told me I only had to take it for 6mo. to see improvement and he was right - I jumped from osteoporosis to osteopenia [almost the bottom of normal, so high up in osteopenia] on just a half year. of course I increased my calcium citrate, added boron and proper 2:1 ratio of magnesium as well as ipraflavone and weight bearing exercise. sue
