Usually more concerned with carb content since we absorb ALL the carb calories we eat. However, I don't know if the malabsorption of fats decreases the bad effect of trans-fats (trans-fatty acids, partially hydrogenated fats, etc). So I try to avoid anything with trans-fats, and I have yet to come across a cracker that does not have them. (If anyone knows of some, please advise). I was disappointed to find that the article in the above link had only this one line reference to trans-fats: Avoid partially hydrogenated fats as well, since they can raise cholesterol levels the same way that saturated fats can (Remember high cholesterol levels lead to blocked arteries and heart disease).
