My husband bought some cheese last night and I was wondering if it is something I could eat. I did look in the "Breaking the Vicious Cycle" book and it didn't say anything about this kind one way or the other.

It is "French Type Goat Milk Cheese." The brand is Capricorn. The ingredients say: pasteurized goat milk, cheese culture, rennet, salt.

Thanks! Tonya
