double ? - I had a smidge of panc.. and I know Jodi had it but if a non scd'r

has it , will the diet help them to get rid of it???

also we had a basket delivered with gouda cheese in it - legal ingredients but

felt a lil soft i guess like my mild cheddar does sometimes - but does HARD

cheese mean it has to feel hard or would this be ok? how do I know how long it's

been aged???

THANKS

gouda is fine.

of course, it might effect yeast levels for you.

double edged sword again - intro new foods, feed yeast - having a bit of cheddar

daily - maybe i'll stop - though in me I don't think it makes much difference

starting to think yeast will be here till I die!!

The gut-brain

connection is the same for everyone, so, in my opinion, yes. I would recommend

SCD for your friend.

On page 180, in the Appendix of BTVC, Gouda is

listed as an occasional use cheese.
