Guest guest Posted February 2, 2010 Report Share Posted February 2, 2010 double ? - I had a smidge of panc.. and I know Jodi had it but if a non scd'r has it , will the diet help them to get rid of it??? also we had a basket delivered with gouda cheese in it - legal ingredients but felt a lil soft i guess like my mild cheddar does sometimes - but does HARD cheese mean it has to feel hard or would this be ok? how do I know how long it's been aged??? The gut-brain connection is the same for everyone, so, in my opinion, yes.
