Thanks Luke,

I'll send over some of my personal recipes that I made up, so you'll be free

to use them with no problem. I'll mail them off-line. Let us know when the

book is available, okay? Best wishes, and much success!!

Wendi

Luke,

Do you know if you are able to open a document that is in Win Zip form? If

so, it's a lot of recipes. Wendi ( If you can't, we can still get them

to you, but it'll take a bit longer.)

Thanks for replying to Luke all of you who have. I wasn't aware he had

posted. He is trying to help me bless him.

This is not a recipe book at all, but a wonderful insight into the changes

and effects the diet has on people with AS, ASD and AD/HD.

The recipes are something secondary and merely a token gesture to appease

the publisher.

Thanks again everyone and Wendi-yes we can open a zip file. Thank you.

Take care

Jacqui

I do not know if this will be relevant to your book, but this is the

url to my personal website. Because it is my own site, I can give you

permission to publish the url.

http://home.pacbell.net/cscomp/dmain.htm

I do have a section for online foods and recipes. Some of them are my

own, others are the property of other people. You can see that

section by going to my " parent information " page, then in my index

on that page, you will see my section for " online foods and recipes " .

If you believe my site url would be relevant to your book, and if you

would like to include it, please feel free to do so.
