I need to buy a bunch of different flours again, like sorghum, brown

rice, potato starch, etc. Where is the best place to buy in bulk? I

bought from a place once and misplaced their name.

I found an Indian market which carries Sorgum (that's how they spell it,

no " h " ; also, " Juwar " , which I had seen spelled as Jowar, elsewhere). I

wonder now if I should be worried about the source? I thought I had read

somewhere that Indian markets/produce can have cross-contamination risks

or something? They're individually bagged (not from a bin or anything).

What are your thoughts, anyone? Anway, it was a great smooth texture,

and yummy. No funny reactions that I noticed in my son. Anyone who

lives near Atlanta (I'm in Gwinnett county), I can tell you where they're

located.
