Guest guest
Hi, I have family over here from england, and they SWEAR by this. I found it thru a webite, don't remember which one, but it is spelled ARNICA I did not find it helpful at all, but, I could have used it too late also. Just found it MotherNature.com I did not look in any stores due to I was a hermit for weeks!!! > > Hello > > I had read somewhere on here that someone had used > Arnica Gel (spelling?), and I wanted to know a little more about the > product, especially where it can be found? > > Thanks > Chaundra
Guest guest
Try your local health food store. There are arnica creams and tablets... There must be gels, too. They are supposed to be helpful with swelling and bruising. I didn't use them for surgery, (my surgeon asked me not to, not because he thought there was anything wrong with them, but simply because he didn't know anything about them) but when I later really bunged up a little toe and it turned black, I swabbed on some arnica cream and sure enough, the bruising vanished. Another similar product is bromelain (derived from a plant in the pinapple family, or maybe from pineapple itself). Available at the same place. I think if you'll try a web search on arnica and another on bromelain, you'll find more info on both.
