Guest guest
I use rice with extra fluid (tomato juice, rice milk, pineapple juice), for my meatloaf. Whole family gobbles it up. Lolita >are these 2 products GFCF?

Guest guest
#1--No--Barley Malt contains gluten. New Morning makes a Cocoa Crispy Rice cereal that is GFCF, available at some HFSs or through Miss Roben's. #2--No--Oats contain gluten, and the natural flavors could contain either gluten or dairy. As far as oatmeal, you could try poha (available through Miss Roben's). My HFS also carries gluten free buckwheat flakes (either from Glutano or Glutafin, I think) that are listed as " oatmeal style. Guest guest
For the meatloaf--try buckwheat flakes, cornflakes (straight--a lot of times, you can find cornflake crumbs in the baking section with no malt added). Or, try using cooked rice or cream of rice (straight from the box) for a filler. Or use corn grits. If oatmeal was for banana bread, try poha, buckwheat flakes, or cream of rice (straight from box). Good luck in baking! Well, there goes the meatloaf and banana bread I was planning on making for this week. Any suggestions for those if you cant use quick oats? ===== Phyllis Parmelee
