Do > you know whether that is the case? Anyone else?>>> When you speak of other antibiotics, are you referring to oil of > oregano, grapeseed extract, etc? That being the case it's not surprising to me that you didn't see any noticeable results. The other thing that helps for gas is peppermint oil capsules, and that's a short-term thing; you'll feel the effects almost immediately; at least I do. (At first you may feel more gas as your body wants to get rid of it, then it'll settle down.) For general health and to reduce inflammation I would also highly recommend grape seed extract. When I was suffering from Crohn's-related fatigue for years on end, my own discovery of grapeseed extract helped immensely -- but like many such things (including oil of oregano), it may, and very well might, take some weeks, or even months, to feel the difference -- but then you may suddenly feel a tremendous difference. The key also is taking the right doses. As Les or someone said, grapeseed extract is a pretty powerful antioxidant and if you take too much too soon you'll experience die-off. But if you gradually up it, to as much as 300 mg a day, that's a lot less likely, and it's definitely going to help your body reign in the free radicals that cause excessive inflammation. n______________________________A funny, touching gift book for cat lovers.
