Guest guest
liane, thx for the reply - unfortunately my lactose intolerance does extend to yogurt. i don't care for cottage cheese so that's a non-issue. my taste buds just seem to be so out of whack. my husband made me a very delicious shake yesterday but after a couple of sips i couldn't drink anymore. i know i've wasted an incredible amount of money buying ingredients to make things that i can't tolerate. i'm six weeks out today and i'm really concerned about getting in enough protein. i think i'm doing well with the water. i'm trying to eat peanut butter on wheat crackers, or peanuts as snacks. i'm also eating meat for two meals each day. i'm going to a support meeting on thursday night so i'm sure i'll get some help there. --- " Lili F.
