Guest guest Posted August 5, 2003 Report Share Posted August 5, 2003 I am 128lbs, but I keep thinking if I lose 5 more lbs then I can start maintaining. Right now I try to eat 3ozs 3 times a day with a snack in between of fat free jello, or fat free saltines or some fruit. I think one of my problems is I don't know when I should stop losing and I'm kind of afraid of going on a maintenance. I know this sounds kinda of weird right now, but I think it would help to talk to others if they're going throught this too. I try to eat protein first and then a vegetable with my meals.
