Guest guest
(hard to find a supplement Have you tried Spectrum Natural's palm oil spread in the tub? We finally found it and like it. Works fine for baking and tastes fine spread lightly on toast, too. (Thanks to for this suggestion!) - I > did hear > that regular butter does not have casein???? There was a lot of back-and-forth on this one (I followed most of it) but what I got out of the whole debate was that it's probably not worth the risk, since the places that make the Ghee, or clarified butter, do not necessarily use manufacturing lines free of cross-contamination risks....in other words, there's no 100% guarantee. To do at home it would be impossible to be 100%, either. And just plain old real butter is definitely not free of casein. That's what I understood from all the dialogue (so I only use Spectrum now)....correct me if I'm wrong, all you experts out there! (oh, no, we don't want to start the debate all over again! )) > How long does it take for the body to readjust after receiving > casein or > gluten? I'd like to know the answer to this, too.
