Guest guest
When avoiding sugars and yeasty foods on yeastfree diet,do you have to exclude for examples pretzels which have yeast? I'm sure I know the answer but I'm hoping I'm wrong. Does yeast from food actually sit around in your intestines.
Guest guest
To those of you following a program to eliminate yeast-I have questions so I can get it straight in my my. DO you avoid products with bakers yeast because it is a fermented food? The bakers yeast and the yeast in the intestines are two seperate species-so the rational that bakers yeast must be avoided to help with a yeast problem is not making sense-Unless it has somthing to do with fermentation. If the general premise is to avoid all types of fermented foods and this helps then I understand. I would see the need for low sugar-it feeds on sugar-low carbohydrate-carbs turn to sugar-and have heard about the fermented foods part{through generally dont understand that rational}Thanks . I am learning this one yet.F OT:Yeast in food > When avoiding sugars and yeasty foods on yeastfree diet,do you have to exclude for examples pretzels which have yeast?
