Hi. I am just completely a 2 month course that I did for my son who tested for a mild case of Candida. I think because it was mild he didn't suffer thru alot of discomfort and I did the recommended things (epsom salts, water etc.) while doing SCD. I also cooked everything in coconut oil and gave him oil of oregano (both are potent antibacterials) His eczema went away and so did his cravings ! he is open to and eating an amazing array of foods. yippee.

I on the other hand had a awful case of Candida which I got while the GI's tried to figure out if I had Crohns'. They pumped me full of antibiotics which went on top of a life time of them.

I suffered BADLY killing the yeasts. I took to bed for days w/flu.

BUT having went thru the process, I say hang in there !! I felt really good about 6-8 months and now after 4 years I have never felt better.

I think I am also reversing the aging process as well. I have few wrinkles and radiant skin.
