Hi Mickey!

First let me congratulate you on your -43 lbs lost! Way to go for only one

month!

Secondly, Im 9 1/2 months out and can drink 16 ounces in about half an

hour.......I can gulp 8 ounces at once with no problems though. So, on

average I get in at least 64 ounces if not more. some days more than others

especially if its hot. With time, you will be able to drink alot more but

in the meantime sip, sip, sip and carry your water with you everywhere you

go!!

Judie =)

I'm doing about the same as you...I try to sip all day....I see people

getting in much less so don't stress....you will get to where you can drink

more.

Mickey,

Get yourself a giant sipper with built in straw (my dh just picked one up -

it held 32 oz. of Pepsi - at a turnpike Roy ), fill it and just carry

it all day and SIP. I fill mine 2 or three times a day and have been pretty

successful. The straw keeps me from gulping and it has room for ice as well.
