Guest guest
Ron - you have worked so hard and done so well. GOOD JOB! It is amazing what happens when we follow the direction, isn't it? No matter what diet I tried and I think I have tried them all, the 1200 worked the best and fastest. Keep it up, you're almost there and before you know it you won't think of it as a diet it but a life change. My days now just aren't the same without starting it with my Dannon's Light and Fit yogurt. Who would have thought......... Glad you had a grea b'day too. PEGGY > > , I'm definately done fooling around. On the 14th, was my last official weigh-in at KP Richmond. I was 454.8. This morning at KP Napa, I was 443.8. That's 11 pounds in 9 days. This food plan really does work.... DUH! It's amazing what sensible eating and exercise can really do when you take an honest stab at it. Just 44 pounds to go and I might have a date.... if they don't change the rules on me again. > > Ron > > Re: Re: Ron > > > Ron; > > Glad your day was a good one what a way to work out huh, walking on the beach. Your splurges were planned so that is good when you plan on things it always seems to work out better. We live in Oakley out by Brentwood, Antioch area and sometimes when we drive to Bodega Bay it might take us 7 or 8 hours just because we go the long routes. It's really crazy when it takes us 4 or 5 days to make it to Fort Bragg. You know that's the fun of it and you're right food is not the first thought when you are enjoying your self. > > Hope today is also a good day for you and the food plan is still working for you cause I just know this is your time to do it and it will happen for you I'm really pulling for you. > > Take care, > > T > > > . >

Guest guest
The 1200 calorie food plan that comes in the binder you get at orientation. You can also find it in the files section at the home page of this group. Guest guest
, I know exactly what you mean. But in the end, it's back to basics. If you cannot find that meal plan, it's in the files section here online. Thanks for the "go-go" and best of luck to you too. We'll get there... Ron Re: No more fooling around.... Ron - in Cupertino here - we talked in the now defunct chat room once. Ok kiddo - you got me motivated!! I blew off the 1200 calorie diet because I figured I could do it faster with something else - yeah right - it's not working!! SO - I'm looking at the 1200 cal diet now. Thanks for the motivation - you're a dear - lots of luck to you. You' re almost there!! in Cupertino

Guest guest
Yeah, the doctors and nurses will have to set up a "take a number" system for visitors! That would be a hoot.
