Ok Kat, I found it.. and here we go.. you need a pdf format, which I'm gonna give you a link that tells you what it is and how to use it. http://desktoppub.about.com/od/pdfformat/PDF_What_it_is_and_how_to_use_it.htm now go here follow the instructions on how to download it, what it is, what how to use it.. awesome instructions.. then when you click on the same link as before it should open right up..

Hope this is helpful, if you can't still get it open just let me know and I'll make someother way to get it open for you..

Kat, I just tried the link again and it worked for me................must be a setting in your

computer somewhere.........I will add the link to our Links and you try to work it from
