Guest guest
Another newbie to the bar here, but I have to agree that the heels are way too close together. Think of how uncomfortable is would be and the muscle cramping from that position. He looks like a big healthy boy, and I am sure once u get your bar length set correctly, your good, sweet boy will be back. The office set my son's bar way too close together also. Once we changed him from the 6 setting to the 8 setting that helped so much, and allowed me to concentrate on the other issues bc I knew he wasn't in pain anymore or uncomfortable(other than adjusting to having the bar/shoes on). I am about to move one leg over to the 10 setting(the 3rd hole on my bar) bc he just had another growth spurt. Hang in there. Guest guest
His bar is set at 8, which the doctor did himself after he took the entire setup and placed it over his belly to measure if the shoes were touching him (I guess). Then he changed them from a 9 to an 8. They seem to be shoulder width apart to me? The pinky toe got like that from the casting, I think. It was a little squished. We go back on Wednesday for our 3-wk follow up appt and I'll ask about that. I'm REALLY feeling the ache to get the s here. They seem like such a logical choice. I don't want to jump into anything, but I'm thinking they would work better. Thanks all for taking your time to help me!! MUCH LOVE! > > > > > > Yes, I AM frustrated now and I'm breaking down from the crying > >that's > > > going on in this house. My good baby is gone, gone, gone and I feel > > > so sad for him!!
