Call the source where you bought them and they should give you a credit or

replacement (esp if it was my staff). The company claims to be working on

repackaging them but this has been an ongoing known issue.

Yes mail order is the only way I have found them. We do have some broken

ones-but usually not too bad.lisaF

They are great tasting but all I've been able to get are pretty much just

crumbs. I bought mail order...is that how you get them?

We live in TX and order from Miss Roben's and the 3 boxes I have had

have been 1/2 broken. But they warn about that somewhere during the

ordering process. If your child is like mine and won't eat broken

ones (no matter that you tell her they cost a lot of $$ and you WILL

eat them) they are great for bread crumbs.
