This is a favorite around my house-I got the recipe originally from here but

have altered it a bit for our tastes. For the new members here this one is

always a hit

1 egg

1 cup sugar

1 cup peanut butter{gfcf of course}

cream sugar and egg together stir in peanut butter. let chill one hour and roll

in to one inch balls press with a fork and

bake at 350 for 12 minutes

Now we also add 1/2 cup gfcf chips,1/4 cup nuts,and 1/4 tsp powder vanilla. You

would add these ingredients after creaming the egg and sugar-then stir in

peanutbutter.

We love them and no one can tell they are gfcf.f
