When the second box arrived in the same condition, I didn't really feel like I should ask for another replacement, since it wasn't the company's fault. It seemed more like a manufacturer's packaging problem to me, but if others are receiving their product intact, then maybe it's just my bad luck. Who knows? So whoever you get them from should continue to replace them until you get a satisfactory product. Please call and request a replacement, again, and again as necessary.
