Guest guest
I'd be interested, too. I sent a VERY specific note to Kentucky Fried Chicken asking if they used any grain- or dairy-derived ingredients in their Tender Roast® chicken and they sent me 3 copies of the nutritional info. (calories, fat, protein, etc.) and a sheet on diabetic exchanges, but NO information on ingredients. I even asked if their herbs and spices were mixed with flour to keep them from clumping! I guess it was foolish to expect a company who's business is to prepare food and serve it to customers to know the difference between ingredients and nutritional information, much less answering customers questions!?! > I've read about Seroussi's postcard that she used to inquire about > manufacturer's ingredients. Are there any examples out there to use? > The manufacturers can be difficult to deal with. I want to ask the > right questions in hopes of getting the answers I need.
