Yes, that's exactly what I mean. In Lake Success, NY. I'll be

admitted at 8:30 AM on Thursday! A month, huh? That's great. I

hope it goes well for you. Maybe by then I'll be able to give you a

few helpful hints. Do you mind if I ask who your Surgeon is?

Maybe we have even more in common than the same hospital!

Yeah, I'll bring some other liquids with me and be ready to send my

visitors out if I have a craving.

Yes, I had my Pre-Surgial Testing yesterday. It went ok, really.

They took my blood and asked me a gazillion questions! I worked with

(the Nurse) and (the Physician's Assistant). They were

both caring and senstive and very supportive. My appointment was at

2PM but my Surgeon kept me at his office longer than expected, so I

didn't get to LIJ until about 2:20. I was out of there in about an

hour.

Thanks for the info on the pre-surgical testing. Good to know that it

doesn't take that long. My surgeon is Dr. Sachs, also based in

Lake Success. I actually live in upper manhattan by Columbia Uni so

it's a bit of a commute for me to get to Lake Success but it's well

worth it. Good luck with the surgery!!! I'm excited for you:-)
