Guest guest
I did the exercise thing, every single day, from two weeks post-op until about 8 months post-op, at least an hour a day NO MATTER WHAT DON'T GET IN MY WAY... and it didn't make a dang bit of difference in the sagginess of my skin. It was gross, and I had my abdominoplasty and brachioplasty at about 10 months post-op and I've never looked back. I still exercise every day (having two Aussie puppies will make that happen!) but it's more about heart and lung tone than about muscle tone, though my butt is nicer for all our hills. :-) BTW, I was 34 at the time of my surgery. Age *is* a factor, as are genetics. These two things we cannot control.
