It would be nice if we could narrow it down to all this. But each of us is

different. Sometimes it's a food that triggers it, sometimes IBS, sometimes

spastic colon, sometimes we just don't know and time will cure it.Some of

the cures work for some people but not for others. All you can do is be

aware of all the possibilities and possible solutions and wait to see what

happens to you. You may be one of the lucky ones and never have the problem

at all.
