Guest guest
It would be nice if we could narrow it down to all this. But each of us is different. Sometimes it's a food that triggers it, sometimes IBS, sometimes spastic colon, sometimes we just don't know and time will cure it.Some of the cures work for some people but not for others. All you can do is be aware of all the possibilities and possible solutions and wait to see what happens to you. You may be one of the lucky ones and never have the problem at all.
