Kathy,

Hains makes a rice cake (plain) that is GF/CF corn free and no cross contam

issues. Some of the local grocery stores carry this brand (Albertson's,

Kroger's), and I buy them at Whole Foods, too. Here's the number and info

just in case you can't find locally, maybe one of your local stores could

order them for you.

Hain Pure Foods

Mini Munchies (Mini Rice Cakes) Plain

States: Good source of calcium & low fat

Ingredients: Whole Grain Brown Rice, Calcium Carbonate, Sea Salt, Expeller

pressed oleic safflower, Soy Lecithin (ooops, hope your not soy free)
