Especially up under her toes. We have tried EVERYTHING! Babypowder, cornstarch, lotions, washing w/soap throuout the day, rubbing alcohol.....Has anyone else expierenced this? Any suggestions? Guest guest
witch hazel. And try some anti-fungal foot powder or maybe a cream for fungus which can cause some stinky sometimes. You can also try tea bags. I was told by my podiatrist once that the tannic (tannin?) acid in the tea (black) helps with the stink. But witch hazel is good too. When her shoes are off try rubbing them down with the witch hazel as well. There's always gold bond hehe... They stink in the Markells too. It's the sweating. I hate stinky feet... which is problematic since I'm the queen at times... Guest guest
We used Witch Hazel when Aleksander was in the shoes 23 hours. Now we use that and s menthol baby wash. His feet rarely stink now that we wash them with the menthol soap nightly. We have the Markells though, and he's only in them 12 - 14 hours/day so I'm sure that makes a huge difference! > > This is what we call my daughters smelly feet...LOL...She always has this sweaty poopy smell to her feet. Guest guest
We use Witchhazel, available at the local grocery store, and it works wonders. After Aidan's bath I put some on a cotton ball and rub the bottom of his feet. The nice thing is that it completely takes away the smell and lasts for several days so you don't have to repeat ever day. Comes in a big bottle and is cheap. Now, if I could get my husband to put it on his feet I'd be set! :-) Tamsin Salehian wrote: Something else that works well is a watered down mix of tea tree oil & shy; a natural antiseptic and antifungal, it is also available in a foot spray mix, online or at health food stores Tamsin > This is what we call my daughters smelly feet...LOL...She always has this > sweaty poopy smell to her feet.
