I ordered a case of cappucino flavored

EXTREME SMOOTHIE 35 Grams of Protein, 6 Grams of Carbs, 0 Grams

of Fat O Aspartame

* Ingredients:

* 12 fluid ounces

* 35 Grams of Protein

* 6 Grams of Carbohydrates

* 0.5 Grams of Fat

* 4 Grams of Sugars

All of this is found in 150 calories. (Skim Milk, Calcium Caseinate,

Cellulose Gum, Dipotassium Phosphate, Vanilla, Sucralose, Carrageenan)

for $40 plus postage. It arrived Friday. As soon as I could get one

can cooleddoan, I tried it. Not bad, but the sweetener has a

too-sweet aftertaste. Not at all yucky, and I think that I can get

used to it. Convenient and a good jolt of protein.
