Well, it is my NT daughter that has all the difficulties sleeping, so I am thinking of trying it with her. my questions are how much (I guess she weighs around 80 pounds) and when (right at bedtime, a little before, always the same time of night, etc). I thank you in advance for your advice...with all his other difficulties, my child with ASD has always been a great sleeper. Guest guest
Our experience is the same as 's below, except that we got the 1mg tablets and broke them in HALF. The half mg given about 30 minutes before bedtime dependably got our 10 yo son to sleep. We too don't need them anymore. I will add that the other night I slept badly (a rare thing for me, but too much worry this week), so last night to avoid tossing and turning, I myself took half a tablet. I fell asleep easily, and awoke refreshed and full of energy. in FL > > start with the smallest dose, give about half hour before you want sleep to > occur. We started with one MG-it was effective, after a month or so we > discontinued as his sleep pattenrs were regulating themselves.lisa f
