Guest guest
I have two sons with Autism. Have read 's book and Karyn Seroussi's book. Have also attended a conferance that the Oakland County Chapter of the A.S. sponsored here in MI. My youngest showed a sensitivity to gluten via blood work. Having my older son's test is in progress. Both boys are older, 10 1/2 & 13. Not as much info was available when my youngest was diagnosed in 1994. Any helpful starter hints would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Hi, My best advice is to evaluate current diet while reading printable list on GFCF DIET and try to come up with enough food that you already eat that are GFCF <ALL fresh meat, veg and fruit are OK>. If this is enough to live on<even if it is boring> for a few weeks you can serve this while you learn 1. if they are responders 2. how to make replacements of favorites etc.. * Hopefully they will forget the gluten and dairy before you try to intro the substitutes. It seems overwhelming but the idea is worse than the doing LOL Trish
