I have made almond butter muffins for him, and he likes it a lot. But I have a little question: why can almond butter be used in the earlier stages of SCD, but almond flour cannot be used. They are both made from almonds and both ground very finely, so what is the difference. I'll appreciate it if anyone could answer my little question. Thanks!
