Does anyone know of a good gfcf challah recipe? I need one ASAP so my

preschooler doesn't have to miss out when the other kids in his class eat

challah bread on Fridays.

Also, have any of you used any of the recipes from Bette Hagman's books.

Anything to be aware of, such as the best subs for dairy in the recipes,

cooking times, etc.?

Lastly, does anyone know if Bette Hagman has an e-mail address? I'd like to

contact her with a few questions.
