Guest guest
People with MS should start on a much lower dose and work up very, very slowly. Like tell her to go back down to 1.5 and start from there. Guest guest
Insomnia for me was a menopausal symptom. I had poor sleep on LDN and cut back from 4.5mg to 3.6 which helped some, but I still had some sleepless nights. LDN for me is like drinking a ton of coffee. I decided the poor sleep was not good for the gut either, so today I took it in the morning. There are variable reports on this, but there is enough to say it still works at any time. I slept better last night and I was not drowsy today. PJ > >> > > >> > , you could always buy the 50 MG pills from some place like > >> AllDayChemist.com and make your own LDN.
