Bob,

My OS said today that as you start getting your feeling back, you

might experience pain in the chin area - hopefully that's what you're

feeling. But check with your doc to make sure. It could be that

you're getting more blood flow to your nerves as you move your jaw

more, and they're firing back.

Irene.

Bob,

During week 2-3 my chin was really hurting. Especially at night and

when I woke in the morning. One night I actually dreamed I fell and

scraped it and woke up and it felt like it was on fire from the

inside out. I assumed it was nerves coming back or repairing or

whatever. Let me know what your dr says. I have full feeling in the

left side of my chinnow at 4 weeks and the right side tingles (not

nearly as bad as before though).
