My own opinion on this one is that Sach Silva, whoever he may be, has

come up with a novel way of paying off his own jaw surgery. ... and

one that victimizes those who are in that first panicky approach that

we all feel when we hear what we need to do.

It most certainly is NOT true that his book is the only source of

such information. You will do much better to spend some time on OSS

groups 1 and 2, in my humble opinion, than by investing -- what is

it, $64? in the book. (Which also, from the brief excerpts seen on

that site you posted, is barely literate, and certainly mauls the

English language!)

Check out Beaudette's Zip N Squeeze site, listed on the home

page of this group. She, too, offers a book. (I'm thinking it's more

like $20.) For my money, it's a lot more straightforward and helpful,

with information she makes seem like direct answers to your

questions, good ideas and good recipes. And for a lot less $$$>

I do know that Fiddlesticks offered to review the Silva book on

her group if the publisher would send her a review copy. Never a word

was heard in reply.

Sorry to be so harsh, and I have not read the book, but to me this

has all the earmarks of a rip off. I'm sure it gives you some info,

but I really, really doubt that it offers anything you can get from

your doctors, or from someone on these sites. And while the docs are

pricey, we come free!
