I use Freeda SCD Calcium Complete. I buy it from Lucy of Lucy’s

Kitchen Shop though I’m sure it is available elsewhere. I also supplement

extra magnesium and Vit. D3. From what I recall, all 3 work together.

Others can chime in as to what they use, I think there are lots

of options. Just make sure there are no illegal fillers.

I just realized I haven't taken any calcium in

Thanks for the responses. So far, it looks like I will buy the Freeda. 5/day,

spaced out thru the day. I, too, am wondering what kind of D the FCLO supplies.

That's on my wish list, so if it does have the right kind of D, I won't need the

liquid drops...

Is the reason for taking vitamin D3 because it's absorbed better, is better quality, or both? Because it seems like the D in FCLO would be absorbed well and good quality. It helps with the immune system. Because it seems like the D in FCLO would be absorbed well and good quality.Sure - but it's a different issue.I remember there was some talk last year, when Jodi started the FCLO,about how too much plain vitamin D in regular CLO could be problematicbecause there too much vitamin A or something <<?>> - <,scratches head>>- anyway, I don't remember precisely, it was a while ago, but something like that.
