Your pictures look FANTASTIC!! And, I must say, there is NO WAY that you

look like 250 lbs. in your most current picture!! I would have guessed 175

MAX!!

Wow Kathleen, you look terrific. What a difference 6 short months

can make. I am still preop/pre-consult, but I too am afraid that I

will be the one person that this WLS doesn't work on. The only way I

have been able to lose weight and keep it off was by starvation. I

am afraid that I have really screwed up my metabolism.

Thanks Pam. I feel wonderful! I can get around so much better now. No

more breaking out in a sweat and having to sit down every 5 minutes. I

want to go out for walks at lunch now whereas before I refused to budge

from the office. Now...to see what I look like at 175. That'll be

interesting!

I think we all think we might be the one the surgery won't work

for...especially when you hit a plateau! But, believe me, it works.

Remember, it's not just the smaller stomach, you've got malabsorption

working for you too. Don't worry, it'll work for you too!
