I made spring rolls a couple weeks ago, and this is

how:

I browned some ground pork in a skillet, added some

finely shredded cabbage, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Saute until the cabbage is soft. You have to moisten

the wrappers to make them pliable, and I found that

the best way was to put them in a pie plate of water,

one at a time, until they were pliable enough. Place

about a tablespoon of the pork and cabbage mixture on

the wrapper, and roll up like a burrito. Lay them in

a pie pan or loaf pan, with wax paper between layers.

Freeze for at least 15 minutes. Take out as many as

you want to use and deep fry. I'm still using the

ones that I made two weeks ago. I double wrapped

mine, because my spring roll wrappers were made of

rice and very thin, they were ripping, so I rolled it

once, then again before freezing. These are yummy!
