oh man, I get those all the time and I haven't even had the surgery. =( I was

hoping they'd go away. I've heard it's a lack of potassium, I've heard it's a

lack of circulation, not sure.

I used to get them before the surgery and I dont any more at all.

Bring your toes up toward your knees, opposite of what you are inclined

to do... It makes them go away right away!
