Guest guest
I would not drink it. I took it several months ago and I mixed it with olive oil and then I took a sublingual drop. Be very careful, learn how to use it before trying. Probably other people in the list can give you more accurate instructions. Cheers! > > how do y'all drink this w/o burning your lips off?? should i use a straw???? > thanks eileen >

Guest guest
I put my four drops of oregano oil in a couple ounces of water. It doesn't mix (oil and water, you know) but the water helps flush it down. It stings a little, not for long, but I make sure I drink more water or better, eat something which helps get rid of it. I really don't think it burns my lips because why should it, it doesn't get there. thanks some are drinking it and I was told to dilute - but still burns lips when it hits??? and that's 1 drop!!! yikes

The oil of oregano capsules didn't cause further problem, and in fact, helped. That could be because being overrun with candida itself causes pain and irritation, and the OoO kills a lot of the candida. You may need to take it with food, though. I believe my bottle does say to take it with a meal, not on an empty stomach. n > >> >> > >> >> > how do y'all drink this w/o burning your lips off?? should i use a >> >> straw???? >> >> > thanks eileen >> >> > >> >> >> > >> > >> >> >> -- >> >> ______________________________ >> >> A funny, touching gift book for cat lovers.
