I would not drink it.

I took it several months ago and I mixed it with olive oil and then I took a

sublingual drop.

Be very careful, learn how to use it before trying. Probably other people in the

list can give you more accurate instructions.

Cheers!

I put my four drops of oregano oil in a couple ounces of water. It

doesn't mix (oil and water, you know) but the water helps flush it down.

It stings a little, not for long, but I make sure I drink more water or

better, eat something which helps get rid of it. I really don't think it

burns my lips because why should it, it doesn't get there.

Well, I had " stomach burning " (which could possibly have been an ulcer, I

know from experience) when I started the diet and for some time before

that (and off and on throughout my 30+ year history of Crohn's. The oil of

oregano capsules didn't cause further problem, and in fact, helped. That

could be because being overrun with candida itself causes pain and

irritation, and the OoO kills a lot of the candida.

You may need to take it with food, though. I believe my bottle does say to

take it with a meal, not on an empty stomach.
