I am soooo excited for your great success!!!!!! You are eating way

better than what I have been told did they give you a list or did you

find one somewhere and where can i ge t your info???? I just had

surgery on the 26th and was told to stick to " soft " foods like

cottage cheese but no other ideas were really offered..... any help

or direction would be great!!!!!!!! You made me soooooo hungry just

reading your list.. whats scrapple???????
